With more than 35 years practicing law in the personal injury field, Mark has made the decision to devote his experience in resolving cases to helping others to settle their cases through effective mediation. Mark’s experience includes insurance defense practice and representing plaintiffs in personal injury matters. Additionally, Mark has spent the last 12 years as managing attorney for an insurance defense practice and a large plaintiff personal injury practice. Mark’s experience makes him well suited to understanding the unique risks associated with litigation on both sides of the table. This experience will aid in Mark’s ability to help parties reach a resolution of their case.
Mediation Services
Mediation Fee Schedule
Mediations can be booked for half and full days. Unless otherwise specified beforehand and agreed in writing by the parties each party is responsible for splitting the charges equally.

Preparation time is included in the fee.

Travel time within Fresno, Tulare, Madera, Merced and Kings Counties will not be billed. Arrangements will be made for other counties.

Additional hours beyond the scheduled mediation will be billed at $500.00 per hour

Time spent encouraging settlement after mediation will not be billed.
